MeasureTronic

The MeasurTronic™ MP is a compact Microprocessor Controlled Linear measuring device with many standard features like measuring in inch, yard, feet, meter, centimeter, millimeter.

Its unique features include:

Prints alphanumeric characters to print quality map indicating the location and length of the defects noticed by the operator.
Prints Barcoded labels.
Reads barcode by Laser Scanner
Sums up and prints out periodic production at the machine.
Can control Inventory by printing out the cut and remaining length on a self adhesive label or tag.
Prints labels with SKU numbers or consecutive numbers.
It can be calibrated at the job site for various materials.

MeasurTronic™ MP can be built into Cutting, Inspection and Rerolling Machines made by any company. It can be also retrofitted to existing machines.

The MeasurTronic™ is software-driven so it can be modified to various custom tasks. It has a serial port to hook it up to central computer or activate it remotely. It is available as a self-contained unit to be clamped on the edge of a table or surface for fabric, paper or other web measuring. It can be preset to a desired length and will beep when that length is reached, or can be made stop the machine.
